General Information
Reception on Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (outside those times you can also contact for emergencies)
Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. (late entry is allowed if all guests are registered in advance)
Check-out ends at 10:00 a.m.
Free lockers may be borrowed by guests upon request
Policies
Smoking is prohibited throughout the whole property
Pets or animals are not allowed to enter the property (except certified service animals)
Damage done to the property and its furniture must be payed by the guest
All guests are required to fill a traveler registrarion
